  1. "The Request"
    YOU EMAIL ME a list of items you want to purchase.

    • REMEMBER: There is a $25.00 Minimum Order ($15.00 for items + $10.00 processing fee)
      If you only want one '$2.00' item, the total amount due will still be $25.00

  2. "The Confirmation"
    I EMAIL YOU a confimation of item availability.

  3. EITHER:

    1. "The Cancellation"
      YOU EMAIL ME to cancel your order.
      (PLEASE do so in a timely manner so that items can be made available to other people.)

      OR

    2. "The Order"
      YOU MAIL ME a completed order form, payment (Money Order Only) and SASE.

ORDER FAQS

  • So WHERE Do I Mail My Order To? I Can Not Find An Address Anywhere!!!
    >> The mailing address will be provided to you when you receive "The Confirmation".

  • How Soon Do I Have To Mail In My Completed Order Form?
    >> ASAP! The items which you requested and I have confirmed will be help for you for 7 days from the date of the email confirmation. After that point the items can be made available to other interested buyers.

  • Since I Can Not Get All Of The Items I Originally Requested, I would Like To Change My Order. I Want To Remove Some Of The Requested/Confirmed Items And Maybe Replace Them With New Items. Can I Do That?
    >> You can not alter an already confirmed order. Instead you must cancel the confirmed items and start from scratch with a new "Request." (NOTE: Once this is done, items already being held for you will be made available to others. Therefore an item previously requested and confirmed may not still be available when the new "Request" is received.)

  • How Often Will Orders Be Processed?
    >> As they arrive.

  • Does Everyone Need To Add 10% Of Their Order Total To The Payment Submitted?
    >> No. Only if the Script Total (line #1) is $15.01 or more.

  • Can Orders Be Shipped To An Address Outside The USA?
    >> No.

  • Will My Order Be Insured?
    >> Yes. It will be insured for the amount of the 'AMT. DUE.'

  • Why Must I Enclose A SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope) With My Order?
    >> This envelope will be used to mail notice that your order has been shipped and/or to send any refunds due.

  • When Is The 'additional $5.00 Processing Fee' added and why?
    >> This free is charged whenever there is a refund due to the buyer. This is intended to cover additional expenses incurred, including the purchasing of a money order for the refund

  • Can I Pay With Check, Cash, Credit Card or by using a School/Business Purchasing Order?
    >> No. A money order is the only accepted method of payment.

CONFIRMATION FAQS


  • How Often Will Requests Be Processed?
    >> Biweekly, or as time allows and volume demands

  • Why weren't all the items I requested available? All of the items I requested were listed on the various 'Yard Sale' pages.
    >> You may have ordered an item that was listed with a green asterisk (*) preceding it. Items with this marking have been requested by another buyer. The * indicates this. If that buyer does purchase that item, it will be removed from the list. If that buyer should cancel the order, then the * will be removed and the item will again be available.

  • But there was no * in front of the item I ordered. Why is it no longer available?
    >> In this case, several requests were received in the same day. Requests are processed in the order received. What has happened is that a buyer ahead of you (on the same 'Request Processing Day') has requested the same item. Check the 'Yard Sale' lists again in 24 hours. The *'s are added after a particular day's requests have been processed.

  • I Have Question That You Have Not Answered Here.
    >> Please read the Terms of Service
    They are also a part of the 'Printable Order Form,' and while they deal more with placing an order than sending a confirmation, you may find your answer there.

TERMS OF SALE
  1. Orders processed on first come, first served basis, ALL SALES FINAL.
  2. Purchase of script does not permit performance or grant any other copyrighted rights of the author and/or agent.
  3. Books will be shipped via US Mail to US Addresses only. Shipments will be insured for their 'Yard Sale' purchase price. The seller is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipment.
  4. Payment for Confirmed orders must be received within 7 days of the email date of the seller's email confirmation of item availability. The seller is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost in the mail (Priority Mail' is suggested.).
  5. Orders received after the 7 day period will be handled as follows:
    • If less than 50% of the ordered items are available, the order will be considered canceled and the payment will be returned to the buyer less a $5.00 processing fee.
    • If 50% or more of ordered items are still available, the order will be filled, amount due recalculated, and difference between amount due & payment made will be refunded to the buyer less an additional $5.00 processing fee.
  6. Any order sent without having confirmed item availability via email (see ORDERING INFORMATION), will be handled as a late order (see above).
  7. Orders sent without payment will be ignored.
  8. Orders sent without complete, signed & dated Order Form will be returned.Any items being held will be released.
  9. Orders with insufficient payment will be filled (in the order that items are listed, beginning with this page) until the payment received is reached. Any difference between total of the order, as amended, and payment received will be refunded less an additional $5.00 processing fee.
  10. If form of payment is received other than the prescribed Money Order, the received order will be ignored and the payment will be returned via the included S.A.S.E.
